| How do I register as a member? | Index |
To register as a member of this site, click on the Register Now!!
link in the login block on the right hand side of the screen on the home page. A registration form will be displayed in which you will have to enter some delails.
You will also have to enter a password and a hint question and answer.
Fill in the form and click on  button to submit the form.
On submitting the form, the details entered will be verified. You will receive an automatic mail on your entered e-mail address, confirming your registration.
Your user name/login name and password will be specified in the mail. Please note them down, as you will have to enter them every time you want to log in.

If you are a registered member of this site, enter your log in name and password
login block on the right hand side of the screen on the home page. Else you can click on the here link on the home page, by which a Member Log-in block will be displayed,
where you can enter the user name and password. Now click on  button.

| How do I browse by category? | Index |
| A list of all the categories will be displayed on the left hand side to the screen. To buy an item, click on the relevant category name. On clicking on the category, a list of all the subcategories will be displayed. For example if you want to purchase a Black Forest Cake, click on Food Courtlink in Category list and Cakeslink in Sub-Category list. All the available cakes will be displayed. | |

| In case you are confused about selecting a gift for somebody, you can turn to Gift Wizard. Click on Gift Wizard link in the Gift Guru block on the right hand side of the screen. A form wil be displayed in which you will have to select details like your budget, the age group of the recipient, your relation to the recepient and occassion. Based on your selection, we will suggest some items which you can pick up as gift. | |

We can remind you to buy a gift for somebody you would like to send a gift for some specific occassion.
To avail of this facility, click on the Gift Reminder link on the menu list, displayed on the left hand side
of the screen. A form will be displayed in which you can enter the person to whom who would like to buy the gift, the occassion ,date. You can also decide on which day,how many days in advance of the occassion, would you like us to remind you. Enter this form and click on  button.
We will send you a mail, on that day, reminding you of that occassion, so that you can choose a gift. |

where in you can chat with us. We will give you an interactive support. This support module will be available between 9 am to 7 pm.

If you would like your friend to view any particular page,
you can mail that page to him/her. To do this, click on the  button on the left hand side on that page on the screen.
A page will be displayed in which you will have to enter your friend's name and e-mail Id. There is also a block for message. Click on  button.

If you would like to save any of the page in your favourite folder, click on
 button.
A new window will open in which it will display the folder name and location in which it is storing the file.This can be done if you have Internet Explorer 4.0 onwards. |

As you pick up items for shopping they are added in the shopping cart. To view the contents click on Shopping Cart
link on the upper side of the screen. You can remove the items by clicking on the  button of that item, if you decide not to buy that item.
You can also change the quantity you would like to purchase,
by typing it in the text box. After making any modifications, as regards the contents of the shopping cart,
you can see the total price by clicking on the  button.

As you are browsing the site, you might come across some items which you would like to buy sometime later.
To avoid clicking through various pages to reach that item, you can maintain a list of items
you would be interested to purchase in future. This way it will be very convinient to you.
To add items in wish list click on  button.

| How do I enter a contest? | Index |
To enter a contest click on the  image on the right hand side of the screen. You will be taken to a page where an item will be diplayed. A list of features will be provided. Select a particular item and enter the selling price of this item in the text box provided and click on  button.If you have typed the exact price you win the contest for which you will be awarded some loyalty points. You can avail of these points, while purchasing anything to get a discount. Incase you lose, you can try again. There is no restriction to the number of times you can attempt untill you win. Once you have won the contest for that item, you cannot participate in the contest again. But you can participate in the contest for any other item. |

| To view the list of orders placed, Click on My Account link on the upper side of the screen. You can view the orders place in last one month, all orders, open orders and shipped orders by clicking on the relevant link. | |
