Unlike other shopping sites indiashoppingmall.com
just does not act like an order taking site for various merchants.
We operate through fulfillment centers owned & operated by us (currently
our fulfillment centers operate in Bombay and we will be opening
another at Delhi within next 90 days). Goods are delivered by persons
hired by us and in vehicles owned by us in Bombay (soon in Delhi
too). "Free of Cost delivery" is our slogan for these locations.
Thus resulting in better service, faster delivery and multiple orders
being delivered to you at one go. An overall better shopping experience

products do you stock?
Flowers, Cakes, Chocolates, Sweets, Electronics,
Handicrafts, Apparel, Religious Frames & statues, stuffed toys,
kids crockery, household products, lifestyle products and much more.
It is your mall thus we are open to your suggestions on products
to be added on indiashoppingmall.com to make it suit your needs.

4. What is Indiashoppingmall.com's Returns policy?
Indiashoppingmall.com stocks products
of the highest quality and backs up the quality of its products
with a no-strings attached 15 -day return policy. You can contact
us on the telephone, by e-mail or personally visit any of our fulfillment
centers to return the product and request a refund. Please do provide
all order details including your customer number, invoice number
and a list of the items you wish to return. Indiashoppingmall.com
will arrange to pick up the goods you wish to return from your residence
or office at an extra cost depending on the distance and weight/volume
of goods to be returned to enable serve you better. Such pickups
will be made subject to inspection of goods for return. Refunds
will be processed within 14 working days of approval of goods at
our end. Returns are limited to goods returned in undamaged condition
and in its original packaging along with the original invoice. Perishable
items like Flowers, Cakes, Sweets and Chocolates cannot be returned
and no refund would be possible for the products falling under these
categories. Refunds for credit card payments will only be credited
to your card and no cash refunds will be made for the same. The
credit card processing charge of 5 %, which has been levied at the
time of transaction shall not be reimbursed back. No Cash refunds
will be given - refunds are made by crossed account-payee cheque
only.

All products are sourced from reputed vendors who are renowned for

attached 30-days returns policy.
6. Can I order goods not displayed on Indiashoppingmall.com?
Indiashoppingmall.com hates to say no
to its customers. A special service for our customers - if you want
us to buy from a specific source, please mention it in our feedback
form. We shall get back to you as soon as possible to confirm whether
or not can we arrange it and if so at what cost.

Can I phone or fax my order?
Even though indiashoppingmall.com is a facility on the WEB, it is
not necessary for you to order only through the Web. You can even
place the order and give details through fax (91-22-3632308) or
email (orders@indiashoppingmall.com).
We shall confirm receipt of your orders by e-mail. Orders are also
accepted on phone. Inquiries on services or status of orders, refunds
and delayed delivery complaints are also entertained on phone and
via e-mail.
8. How do I make payment?
You can make the payment by Demand Draft (payable
at and picked up 50 locations), Cheques (payable at and picked up
at 50 locations), Cash on delivery (50 locations), & MasterCard
& Visa Credit or Debit Cards and Green cards.
a. Deliveries where payments are made by Demand Drafts and
Cheques will be made within 2 working days of the instrument being
picked up from your premises.
b. Cash-on-delivery option is not available for perishable
items or for orders above the value of Rs 15,000.
c. Payable at and picked up locations for Demand Drafts and
Cheques must be the same.
9. Is my credit
card number / bank a/c. number / green a/c secure?
Your Credit Card / Green a/c details are accepted
through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured through 128-bit
encryption and is powered by CGI script capable of processing Credit
Card transactions. Our Internet payment gateway is powered by ICICI
Bank, which uses 128-bit encryption. We will also refund you (upto
Rs 1000) for credit card fraud on your card traced back to use on
Indiashoppingmall.com. So go ahead and shop with peace of mind.
10. How do I feel sure that you have
correctly registered the order placed?
After you have placed the order, you will get an
e-mail confirming each order registered with us. Please check your
E-mail Box within 24 hours and in the event you want any correction,
please get in touch with us immediately.
11. How is the
item delivered?
All items are hand delivered by indiashoppingmall.com
personnel at Bombay (soon is Delhi also) free of any cost to you.
A single order containing both non-perishables and perishables are
delivered in 2 lots. Non-perishable items like gifts, electronics
etc. are couriered from our nearest fulfillment center (currently
only Bombay (India) but soon in Delhi also) to your destination
using the best courier services available. Perishable items like
cake, flowers, sweets, chocolates etc. are sourced at the city of
delivery and hand delivered separately to your destination.
12. How will you
deliver one gift comprising of various items?
Vendors from the city where the gift is to be given
deliver flowers, Cakes, Sweets and Chocolates. All other items to
be couriered originate from Bombay (India). Indiashoppingmall.com
cannot ensure delivery of perishable items like Cakes, Chocolates,
Flowers, Sweets etc. along with non-perishables in one lot or at
one time.
13. Are the items delivered as per the
display on the web page?
The products will match the image on the website as the images have
been taken from the vendors from whom the final order is sourced.
But, in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate
product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control. You will always
have the right to return goods with which you are not satisfied
under our no-strings attached 30-day return policy.
14. What if you
don't deliver or deliver late?
If you give us adequate time to process your order it will not be
late. Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, orders
cannot get delivered or are delivered late. In such situations indiashoppingmall.com
will not be liable for any claim or consequential damages. Under
our 30 days return policy you will always have the right to return
goods delivered late or if you are not fully satisfied with our
products at any time. If goods cannot be delivered within 10 days
of your placing an order indiashoppingmall.com will automatically
treat the order as cancelled and will arrange to refund any money
which you may have already paid.
15. How do I know that the gift
has been delivered on time?
We generally update the status of the order within 48 hours of delivery
on our site. You can check the delivery status of your order in
the order tracking section at our site at any time. After delivery
we will send you a confirmation by E-mail.
16. How much time
do you take to deliver after payment has been made?
Delivery will generally be made within 48 hours of placing
an order wherever we operate through our own fulfillment centers
(currently only in Bombay (India) - coming soon to Delhi also).
Deliveries shall be made at all other locations within 3-4 days
of indiashoppinmall.com securing payment from you or on the date
of delivery mentioned by you in the order form, whichever is later.
17. Can I order
for delivery in less than 48 hours?
Yes. For an extra express delivery charge we may
be able to arrange delivery in cities where we have our own fulfillment
centers (currently only in Bombay (India) - coming soon to Delhi
also) within 24 hours.
18. Is delivery
possible on Holidays and Sundays?
On Sundays and Public Holidays in India, no delivery
of items through courier is possible. Deliveries will be made either
on the previous date or on the next date. In case of flowers/cakes/chocolates,
efforts are made to deliver even on Sundays / Holidays. For specific
cities or items, you may enquire from us in advance at contactus@indiashoppingmall.com
over E-mail about the possibility of delivery on a Sundays /
Holidays.
19. Do you guarantee
delivery of the gifts on the date specified in the order?
The local city vendors make delivery of perishables
and unless there are problems caused by Holidays (local or unexpected)
or wrong address/non availability of anyone at the address or similar
problems, the deliveries invariably do not fail. In case of non-perishables,
goods are handed over to Courier Company well in time. The couriers
are also advised of the date of delivery. However even though due
care is taken there are cases of delay or even an early delivery.
20. Can you ensure
a particular time of delivery?
Even though all your instructions are duly passed on to local city
vendors and the courier companies, our experience has been that
delivery at a particular time is not always practical or possible
in all cases.
21. Can you make deliveries in public places
like Hospitals, Hotels, and Marriage Halls at specific times?
No. Requests for this will be handled on case-to-case
basis over e-mail. We will promptly attend to your request. Please
do not place such orders without prior confirmation from us. We
accept such orders only after prior confirmation from the local
vendor in our network.
22. Can I send
some message along with the gift?
Yes, you may send a message along with your gifts.
Just type in your message in the message box in the order form.
Your message will be printed/hand written in a standard greeting
card (free of-course) and sent along with the gift.
23. Can the recipient
send me message?
Yes, the recipient of your gift can send a return
message to you. We request all the recipients of the gifts to fill
in their message in the delivery confirmation memo and the Feed-Back
form and we e-mail such messages back to you free if and when received
from them.
24. What if I have
to cancel my order?
You may cancel the order within 24 hours after
placing the order. Orders can be cancelled by sending email to cancellations@indiashoppingmall.com.
If the order was paid for by credit card, a credit will immediately
be issued toward the credit card.
25. What if the recipient's address is
wrong, incomplete, misleading or the recipient no longer stays there
or refuses the gift or the premises are locked or inaccessible?
We will pass on this information as soon as and
if we get to know. You can inform us to change the receiver's address
within 24 hrs. of receiving our message, else your order will be
cancelled and a refund will be processed immediately.
